Solid Valve Guide Reamers Type VR

Features:

Right hand cutting solid reamers with extra long shanks.
The front end of these reamers is ground to act as pilot. The cutting edges are precision ground with a gradually increasing relief angle to eliminate chattering and to permit easy and smooth chip formation.

Special version:
In addition to the standard version with uncoated cutting edges, there is also the DLC version, in which the cutting edges are coated with a diamond-like carbon layer. The DLC coating is characterized by extreme hardness and smoothness. The VR reamers are therefore ideal for reaming valve guides made of non-ferrous metals.
